Pauline is a graduate of Northeastern, Boston and Fielding Universities where she earned a BS, MEd, MS and PhD in Education, Organizational Systems and Organizational Behavior.
Pauline has worked as a Senior Vice President and multiple other leadership roles in a variety of industries including; higher education, secondary education, healthcare, career and technical adult education, small business, and local, state and federal agencies.
